2. Description of the Flag

Utilizing a format derived from the Marshallese Republic flag, yet distinct in its own right, the "royal" blue background of the flag of EnenKio, representing the vastness of Pacific Ocean waters surrounding the islands of Eneen-Kio Atoll, is penetrated by two expanding diagonal "Rays" of color, depicting the two island chains of the Republic, the closest southern neighbor. The white ray stands for the Ratak Chain, the orange for the Ralik Chain; "sunrise" and "sunset" respectively. A single white star, symbolizes Eneen-Kio Atoll perched at the pinnacle of the archipelago as a jewel in the "crown" of the Monarch and one of the most treasured atolls of the King's ancestral heritage of 10 atolls in the Ratak chain. The white color in the star stands for the dawning of the light of justice, freedom, prosperity and truth.

3. Description of the Seal

The official seal of the Kingdom of EnenKio Atoll consists of the words:

Kingdom of EnenKio of the N. Ratak Archipelago
* Peale I.* Wake I.* Wilkes I.*

surrounding a "roped" compass rose, with the four major points marked N, S, E, & W). Other seals used in correspondence and official documents contain the coat of arms (shown above) and the words: Liberty, Justice, Freedom. The external ring of stars add a touch of class to the appearance and they number 30, equal to the total number of atolls in the Marshall Islands plus one for Eneen-Kio Atoll. The small flower in the outer ring separating some words depicts the 'kio' flower, for which the atoll was named. The outer ring may show the department, ministry or branch of government as the case may be.

4. Description of the Royal Coat of Arms
A ribbon symbolizing the interconnectedness of the Aelon Kein ("these islands of ours" in Marshallese), linked by voyages in canoes, cultural and societal links, wanders among the elements of the crest. One shield (right side) contains the flag and shows a sunrise depicting the Ratak chain and the dawning of hope for liberation from foreign domination. The other shield contains blue and yellow, the colors of war, conflict, piracy, domination, the seeds of nature to destroy the spirit of the native people by "superior" and "benevolent" foreign armies, depriving them of their lands.

The lightening bolts symbolize armed invasions of Eneen-Kio, one for the Japanese, a small one, and a larger one for the USA. Between the shields, three coconut palms are shown, one for each island of Eneen-Kio Atoll. The steering wheel at the bottom represents the sailors who found the atoll and led to its true nautical roots. The blue field above star depicts the sky. The space between, which appears as a star symbolizes the coincidental relationship and cohesiveness of the other elements which serve to manifest the historical record, past, present and future. The central jeweled crown, placed higher than everything else, stands for the supremacy of the Sovereign as allodial holder of title and through whom all rights and authority were passed.
