is an official document published by the Royal Press of EnenKio in 3 chapters:

1. Geographic Background, includes the geography of both Eneen-Kio Atoll and the Marshall Islands;

2. Historic Issues, includes pre-contact oral traditions thru WWII and nuclear testing; and,

3. Political Status, includes information on land tenure, titles and the fight for international recognition as an independent island state.

It also includes a copy of the Constitution and the Succession Act.

This comprehensive indexed work includes many color or black line drawings, graphics and photos reproduced and bound in full 8.5" x 11" size for ease of use and quick reference by any serious student or researcher. (Approx. 140 pages, 1998)
